Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Deaf/Hard of Hearing Special Education Teacher (Missouri Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct instruction using strategies like UDL, RTI, and other best practices
• Leverage teletherapy tools and assistive technology to enhance learning
• Design and implement IEPs, attend meetings, and track progress with precision

Required Qualifications

• Missouri SpEd Certification in Deaf and Hard of Hearing (Birth-Grade 12)
• Bilingual fluency in ASL and English
• Experience working with DHH students, ideally in virtual settings
• Familiarity with assistive technology and teletherapy tools
• Knowledge of special education laws, IEP processes, and best practices
