Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives
- Design and develop course content and instructional materials, and assess effectiveness
- Deliver coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance and monitor implementation outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with typically 6 or more years of related work experience, or a Master's degree with typically 4 or more years of related work experience
- Experience in reviewing engineering processes
- Familiarity with SAP work instructions
- Proficiency in Tableau
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
