Key Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve goals
- Guide employees through the coaching process and milestone completion
- Advise and coach individual outplacement candidates on career development and job search strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in career coaching for executives
- Experience with executive resume development and interview preparation
- Bachelor's degree
- Significant business experience at the Director level or above for at least five years
- Experience with virtual coaching using Microsoft Teams and Zoom
