Key Responsibilities
- Process member payments and address billing inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding coverage plans and assist with prior authorization processes
- Handle claims inquiries and provide status updates on claims processing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least two years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and screen navigation
- Ability to clear a criminal background check
