Key Responsibilities
- Assist homeowners with routine or complex issues and requests in a call center environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues using an advanced telephony system
- Accurately track and document all communications with customers while achieving performance goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
- Basic mortgage product knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
