Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer - Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft all required legal documents and disclosures for residential mortgage loan transactions
• Compute and request funds needed for loan settlements
• Coordinate communication with all parties involved in the transaction and audit loan packages for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional experience, with direct experience as a mortgage closer required
• Bond loan experience preferred
• Experience with Document Preparation and/or in an Attorney's office is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
