Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Consultant I (Virtual, United States).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an active pipeline of loan applications to maximize loan closings and maintain margin goals
• Gather loan application data and provide guidance to consumers for informed loan decisions
• Build and manage relationships with consumers, Realtors, and other stakeholders to enhance referrals and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Preferred completion of specialized mortgage lending courses
• Two years of mortgage origination or loan operations experience preferred
• Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS and comply with Federal and State S.A.F.E. regulations
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulations preferred
• Customer service-oriented with exceptional sales skills
