Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial appraisal of borrower applications and assess credit standings
• Coordinate submission to underwriting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, providing status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of experience processing conventional, VA, and FHA loans
• Understanding of direct and indirect lending procedures
• In-depth knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
• Post TRID knowledge required
• Strong organizational skills
