Job Summary

A company is looking for a Motorcycle & Powersports Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

• Write accurate, carrier-compliant estimates for motorcycles and powersports vehicles based on physical damage photos
• Negotiate pricing with repair facilities and maintain high estimate quality while meeting production targets
• Document claims clearly and communicate effectively with shops, carriers, and customers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience estimating damage on motorcycles or powersports vehicles
• In-depth understanding of parts, repair methods, and aftermarket modifications for powersports
• Strong working knowledge of insurance practices including total loss thresholds and fraud detection
• Proficiency in at least one estimating platform (Mitchell, CCC One, Audatex, or AdjustRite)
• Willingness to obtain a state appraiser or adjuster license if not already licensed
