Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and answer customer inquiries using internal systems
- Facilitate resolution of customer and dealer matters through collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Make independent decisions to resolve routine and complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong technical expertise related to motorcycle products and services
- Ability to work a flexible shift Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
