Multi-State Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Nurse - RN who must be MultiState Licensed and available for evening shifts and every other weekend on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic clinical triage and health information services using decision support software
• Assess and assist members experiencing health challenges, including behavioral health crises
• Educate members on healthcare decisions and direct them to appropriate levels of care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current, unrestricted RN license is required; multi-state licensure is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
• Minimum of three years of progressive clinical experience as an RN is required
• Preferred experience in Triage, Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or acute care within the past three years
• Behavioral Health and telephone triage experience in a call center setting are preferred
