Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and technical support for merchants using point of sale (POS) and credit card processing systems
- Assist with transaction details, software updates, troubleshooting, and ordering accessories
- Help merchants set up and maintain their payment processing systems
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the state of Nebraska
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services or technology support
- Understanding of basic financial transaction processing and payments
- Knowledge of computers, internet navigation, and web applications
- Quiet and secure home working environment free from distractions
