Job Summary
A company is looking for a Needs Assessment Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screening on potential client calls
- Complete all documentation and reports associated with client calls and Needs Assessment/Referral Development
- Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referrals, and transportation needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred
- Experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred
- Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues
- Participation in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills
