NetApp Storage Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetApp Storage Administrator to join their team of qualified, diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers by responding to incidents and managing service requests
• Administer and troubleshoot NetApp storage technologies, including performance issues and upgrades
• Implement storage infrastructure improvements and manage backup integration with NetApp Data Infrastructure

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8-10 years of related experience with a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent professional education/training
• Strong understanding of storage protocols and technologies (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, NVMe, Fiber Channel)
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and managed services delivery
• Experience with monitoring platforms, WANs, SANs, and disaster recovery platforms
• Familiarity with cloud certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and NetApp certifications is desirable
