Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, administration, troubleshooting, and consultation for Enterprise Collaboration tools and technologies
• Support and administer a global multi-cluster Cisco unified communications environment, including UCCE and WxCC contact center environments
• Engage in large-scale projects, perform maintenance activities, and interact with end-users to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cisco UC/UCCE/WxCC, WxC environments
• Experience troubleshooting UCCE/WxC/WxCC related issues and SIP CUBE issues
• Understanding of TCP/IP, H323, and SIP protocols
• Cisco CCNA Voice certification is a plus
• Experience with call recording and reporting platforms is advantageous
