Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Network Operations Center (NOC) Team within the Resiliency team
• Improve IT business performance through proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and predictive analysis
• Monitor and maintain operational awareness of IT services

Required Qualifications

• Experience monitoring network/telecom infrastructure
• Ability to provide first-level troubleshooting and incident ticket coordination
• Experience leading service alert notifications and supporting technical assistance center (TAC) lines
• Accredited Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• US citizenship required due to program access
