Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor management for site acquisition and A&E partners to ensure project milestones are met
• Manage workflow forecasts and obtain necessary governmental approvals and permits
• Collaborate with internal teams and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in telecom/wireless small cell real estate with strong project management skills
• Prior experience managing site acquisition agents and vendors
• Familiarity with projects in the Midwest or central region
• Experience with database tracking systems/tools
• Ability to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals
