Network Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Network Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 services
• Use PowerShell for user and system administration tasks
• Troubleshoot and perform basic configuration of Fortinet firewalls and access points

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Tier 2/3 IT support roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including PowerShell, Azure AD, and Intune
• Familiarity with Fortinet firewall and access point troubleshooting and configuration
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• No degree required
