A company is looking for an Associate Director, Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance programs for Medicaid, Medicare, or Marketplace, ensuring strong relationships with regulatory entities
- Oversee compliance activities, manage inquiries, and execute compliance work plans
- Assist with regulatory audits and drive audit readiness, providing training and support to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Preferred advanced degree such as an MBA or Juris Doctorate
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in health plan operations, with two years in government programs or managed care compliance
- Two years of direct management experience required
- Specific experience in Marketplace, Medicare, and Medicaid managed care is required
