Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat
- Contact customers' banks/mortgages to obtain additional details
- Create/update policies for customers and educate them on coverages
Required Qualifications
- An active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
- Experience in a call center or high incoming call volume environment
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
- Home insurance experience highly preferred
- Availability to participate in a mandatory paid 10-week training period
