Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager to provide high-quality mental health care for children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders and facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care
- Provide brief behavioral interventions and support psychotropic medication management as prescribed by medical providers
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and track patient progress
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, or a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and their families
- Experience in delivering brief evidence-based interventions and care coordination
- Strong skills in screening for mental health disorders and developing treatment plans
- Experience using measurement-based care tools for symptom assessment
