Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide behavior consultation and manage a caseload, ensuring effective interventions for clients
• Conduct behavioral assessments and design interventions, while training and supervising behavior technicians
• Participate in clinical meetings and provide mentorship to clinical interns

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral science
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors
• Experience delivering ABA treatment under health insurance contracts
• Ability to produce documentation and communicate effectively
