A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide behavior consultation and manage a caseload, ensuring effective interventions for clients
- Conduct behavioral assessments and design interventions, while training and supervising behavior technicians
- Participate in clinical meetings and provide mentorship to clinical interns
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral science
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors
- Experience delivering ABA treatment under health insurance contracts
- Ability to produce documentation and communicate effectively
