Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Care Management LTC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the care management team to ensure individualized care and timely assessments

• Enforce compliance with CMS and state regulations while participating in quality management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution
• Relevant clinical license (e.g., NYS RN, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, licensed psychologist)
• Leadership experience in managing and developing employees
• Experience in a fast-paced environment overseeing multiple tasks
• Proven track record of independent thinking and achieving goals
