Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Finance - Reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor activities, scheduling, and work assignments for the finance team
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and manage team tasks related to claims and appeals
- Supervise, coach, and develop staff while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years applicable work experience in a related environment
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Specialized training in specific area of responsibility is helpful
- Preferred experience in claims, auditing, and implementation processes
