Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Finance - Reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor activities, scheduling, and work assignments for the finance team
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and manage team tasks related to claims and appeals
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years applicable work experience in a related environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Specialized training in specific area of responsibility is helpful
• Preferred experience in claims, auditing, and implementation processes
