A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inquiries, appeals, and balance billing for members, clients, and providers
  • Review and negotiate balance bills and appeals with providers
  • Document claim resolution events and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma; BA/BS preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in a medical healthcare claims role
  • Background in healthcare claims management, including provider hospital billing
  • State licensure certification may be required
  • Negotiation experience is a plus
