Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Care Management (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees care management documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
• Directs daily activities of care management staff and manages escalations and complex cases
• Contributes to the development and oversight of care management programs and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of related experience in care management
• Active NYS Registered Nurse license or Compact State Licensure
• Experience in managing care management teams and processes
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in healthcare
