Job Summary

A company is looking for a Curriculum Writer - Biology NYS Regents Exam.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and write a complete tutoring curriculum for the Biology NYS Regents exam
• Create lesson plans, study guides, practice exercises, and assessment materials aligned with NYS Science Learning Standards
• Develop various question formats and test-taking strategies specific to the Regents exam structure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Science Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• New York State teaching certification in Biology or General Science (grades 7-12)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching Biology or preparing students for NYS Regents exams
• Demonstrated knowledge of NYS Science Learning Standards and the Biology Regents examination format
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and scientific methodology
