Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for a remote telehealth position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs, determining the appropriate level of care and facilitating referrals
• Independently diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Communicate findings and treatment options to clients and document within their permanent health records

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a Nurse Practitioner program
• Current or willingness to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Preferred 1 year of recent experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in emergency or urgent care is considered an asset
