Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between clients and the sales team
• Manage loan files from application through closing and ensure timely communication with borrowers
• Review documentation for discrepancies and maintain the loan pipeline efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in mortgage loan processing or origination
• Current Mortgage Loan Processing experience is required
• State and Federal NMLS License preferred
• Working knowledge of RESPA and mortgage regulations preferred
