- Prepare handover documentation for incoming shifts and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
Required Qualifications
- No previous professional experience required
- Certificate or degree from a technical training program or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work designated shifts, including holidays
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and critical thinking abilities
- Experience working effectively in a team-oriented environment
