Job Summary
A company is looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to lead their NOC team in delivering exceptional managed services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing NOC team
- Oversee 24/7 monitoring, maintenance, and incident response for client networks
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients and build strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing a NOC or similar technical operations team
- Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred
- Preferred certifications include CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge of networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
