Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
• Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians to support children with developmental differences
• Manage a flexible schedule while focusing on clinical care, supported by administrative staff

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or a related field
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
