Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (NC License) to provide virtual mental health care to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students
- Conduct initial mental health assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with care management teams and participate in clinical activities and documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in NC and the state of residence
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
- Ability to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
- Strong technological skills and ability to learn new software for digital documentation
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian, Russian, Korean, Tagalog) are a strong plus
