Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement child support policies, procedures, and forms
- Act as the primary contact for federal and state partners regarding policy areas
- Provide policy interpretation, consultation, training, and technical assistance to staff and external customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in child support, legal, accounting, business, or human services
