Job Summary
A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote behavioral services to K-12 students in North Dakota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Provide remote consultation and support to parents, teachers, and school teams on implementing behavior interventions
Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Experience working with K-12 students (teletherapy experience is a plus)
- A reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace
