Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for a remote telehealth position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, determine urgency of care, and facilitate referrals as necessary
• Independently diagnose, prescribe, and coordinate treatment plans in accordance with professional standards
• Communicate findings and advocate for clients, ensuring comprehensive follow-up care

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a Nurse Practitioner program
• Current or willingness to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Preferred 1 year of recent experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in emergency or urgent care is considered an asset
