A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to provide space planning and data analysis for client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations
- Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client meetings
- Maintain occupancy data and prepare forecasts based on space planning trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
- Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
