Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and onboarding support to HR and Occupational Health Services
- Schedule occupational health appointments and manage medical record data entry
- Assist with new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1 year of customer service experience required; HR experience preferred
- Experience in a medical setting and/or familiarity with medical terminology preferred
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
