A company is looking for an Administrative Specialist - Occupational Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and onboarding support to HR and Occupational Health Services
  • Schedule occupational health appointments and manage medical record data entry
  • Assist with new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with onboarding processes


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1 year of customer service experience required; HR experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical setting and/or familiarity with medical terminology preferred
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
