Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
• Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and manage prescription transfers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active state of Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1) or relevant experience preferred
• Strong experience with Medication Therapy Management and comprehensive medication reviews
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
