Job Summary

A company is looking for a PRN Pharmacist (Start of Care).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
• Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions, and communicate with healthcare professionals
• Perform medication reviews and ensure compliance with legal and privacy requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing
• Experience in pharmacist dispensing and verification
• Ability to work a fluctuating schedule based on business needs
• Clinical judgment experience
