Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Ohio and Western Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 8 to 10 account executives to drive results in the assigned territory
- Lead growth in bookings and gross profit month over month and quarter over quarter
- Interface with sales staff to track pipeline, drive accountability, and provide weekly reporting to upper management
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in selling IT products/services
- 3 years' experience leading a growth-oriented sales team
- Strong experience in forecasting opportunities and managing pipeline growth
- Proven track record in selling professional and managed services
- Sales management background with experience utilizing CRM software
