A company is looking for an Okta Desktop Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual meetings with users for MFA deployment
- Lead structured sessions to deploy Okta Desktop MFA and assist users with setup and troubleshooting
- Provide ongoing support and documentation to ensure a smooth migration process
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with MFA deployment, preferably with Okta or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for virtual support
- Ability to troubleshoot authentication issues, including push notifications and password setup
- Strong organizational skills for managing scheduling and follow-ups
- Comfortable conducting virtual training and support sessions
