A company is looking for an Onboarding Coach to support customers and internal teams with billing questions and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train clients on the platform through various communication methods
- Assist existing customers with software usage and resolve inquiries via multiple channels
- Collaborate with Sales to define success criteria and ensure customer retention
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of hospitality experience in roles such as Front Desk, Night Auditor, or General Manager
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Italian is a plus
- Compatible graduation course (completed)
- More than 2 years of proven experience in a related area
- Strong computer and system skills with a reliable internet connection
