Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, SMB.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships during the onboarding phase and achieve monthly activation goals
- Create and implement onboarding training plans for restaurant staff to optimize the use of the product
- Conduct remote site assessments and provide Go-Live support to ensure smooth transitions for clients
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations, preferably as a Restaurant GM
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding goals
- Experience in using POS software is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and experience in the tech or SaaS industry is advantageous
