Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist (SaaS / PoS).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to Go-live, ensuring a seamless experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to promote successful onboarding and adoption of the solution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or three to five years of related experience
- Experience in SaaS, POS, or technology-driven onboarding roles
- Familiarity with the Retail and/or Restaurant industries
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Background in customer service, operations, or logistics
