Key Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding process for new properties from deal closure to post-launch
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners and stakeholders, managing communications and expectations
- Measure and improve the onboarding experience by gathering feedback and implementing process enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in partner success, implementation, project management, or operations
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record in cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-enabled services environment
- A genuine desire to create great experiences for partners and internal teams
