A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to oversee the operational health of services and onboarding for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding processes, including requirements gathering, account setup, and project timelines
- Consult with customers to enhance software utilization and improve process efficiencies
- Host training sessions and maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, project management, or similar (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar customer success onboarding role (required)
- Certificate in Project Management (PMP) (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel (required)
- Experience with tools like FoodLogiQ, Salesforce, and JIRA (preferred)
