Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Onboarding Specialist to join their Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with installation of products and services
- Perform troubleshooting for all products and services as needed
- Schedule appointments with offices to maintain a timely onboarding cycle
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of implementation, customer support, or tech support experience
- Experience in the dental industry strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Intermediate computer skills, including working with browsers and spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
