Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive technical onboarding support to new insurance agents and sales producers
• Image and ship computers to new end users for system access and education
• Schedule and conduct one-on-one consultations to guide users through initial log-in and security practices

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to troubleshoot level 1 desktop support issues
• Comfortable reading and executing technical documentation
• Experience with applications such as MS Outlook and internet browsers
• Proven ability to follow up on unresolved onboarding issues
