Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality instruction and support for students in the online classroom environment
- Participate in planning, development, and implementation of the program and curriculum
- Facilitate and grade assignments while maintaining communication with students regarding their performance
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication from an accredited institution
- A minimum of three years of online teaching experience in higher education is preferred
- Computer literate in software and internet-based applications
- Proficient in APA style
- Willingness to receive additional training and/or faculty mentoring
